Control Methods Of AC Servo Motors
Dec 19, 2024
The control methods of AC servo motors mainly include the following:
Amplitude control: In this control method, the phase of the control voltage remains unchanged, and the control is only carried out by changing the amplitude of the control voltage.
Phase control: In this control method, the amplitude of the control voltage remains unchanged, and the control is only carried out by changing the phase of the control voltage.
Amplitude-phase control: In this control method, the amplitude and phase of the control voltage are changed at the same time for control.
Control mode of AC servo system:
There are three main control modes of AC servo system:
Position control mode: It can accurately control the number of revolutions of the servo motor, which is suitable for occasions where the moving distance of the actuator needs to be accurately controlled.
Speed control mode: The servo drive can work without inputting a pulse signal, which is suitable for occasions where the motor speed needs to be adjusted and the speed needs to be maintained at a stable level.
Torque control mode: The output force of the motor is controlled by adjusting the output torque.
